These terms govern the use of sfphub.com and purchases from SFPHub Technology Co., Ltd. ("SFPHub"). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Our optical transceivers and cables are compatible third-party products. "Compatible with [brand]" means the module is designed to operate in equipment of that brand; it is not manufactured or endorsed by that brand. All brand names belong to their respective owners.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in USD, EXW Shenzhen, and exclude freight, customs duties and taxes. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before order confirmation.
Standard terms: 100% T/T in advance for first orders; credit terms available for established customers by written agreement.
Lead times are estimates based on stock at confirmation. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We assist with claims against carriers for transit damage.
Every module is tested before shipment. Test reports are available on request. Our field failure rate target is under 0.3%; any unit failing within the warranty period is replaced under Section 6.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFPHub's total liability under any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including downtime or lost profits) arising from product use or failure.

Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws of the PRC and destination countries. Buyer is responsible for obtaining any required import licenses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Shenzhen.
